Aylwin Sim - General Manager & Senior Consultant
Aylwin has 15 years industry experience implementing ISO 55001 asset management systems in local government and power sector and aligning them with ISO 9001, 14001 and 31001. He holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and Masters of Business Administration from University of Canterbury and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Charles Kelly - Managing Director
With an MBA and two successful past businesses under his belt, Charles brings a wealth of experience to QMNZ. His background in sales and the building industry has always been focussed around providing innovative solutions that solve problems and help businesses succeed.

Sharn Piper - Sales & Marketing
At its core, helping people flourish is what makes Sharn passionate about QMNZ. In his own words, “A lot of businesses out there do a good job—they have great knowledge and understanding—they just need a bit of help with their systems to enable people to focus on succeeding in their roles..” Ultimately, QMNZ exists to navigate this. Sharn is studying an MBA through AUT.
