Gap Analysis

Before implementing any management systems, our experts will conduct a gap analysis which is to compare what your business is currently doing with the ISO requirements and to identify which requirements your business needs to improve. This is only a paperwork exercise (internal audit) where we would work with someone knowledgeable in the management of your business and compare what the requirement ask you to do and determines if you already meet those requirements. This does not replace the requirement for an external auditor.

Implementation

Our experts have experience setting up management systems for both product-driven or service-driven businesses. We will customise a solution for your business and would involve your staff throughout the process to ensure seamless transfer of knowledge when after we complete the project.
